Eric Fazilleau has over 26 years of real estate background and a track record at management level both in Europe and the United States. He joined the Inovalis management team in 2005 as Deputy CEO. Among his duties, he supervised the creation of Inovalis Germany to become a strategic asset management tool managing German real estate portfolios. Previously, he served as the President of a US development company, Constructa US, based in Miami and New York. Under his leadership, Constructa US developed and managed $1 billion of projects awarded by ULI and MIPIM (Europe) in office, retail, residential and hotel fields. He was selected by ACCOR Group to develop its four rebranded Sofitel Hotels developed between 1997 and 2004 in New York, Chicago, Washington and Philadelphia. Mr. Fazilleau graduated from La Sorbonne University with a degree in Business Administration (Maîtrise Sciences de Gestion) in 1987 and a specialization degree in Finance & Tax Administration (DESS Finance et Fiscalité) in 1989.

Kyra Dorn has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry within the United States, Canada and Europe. Prior to joining Realia Properties, Kyra worked in advisory roles over various commercial real estate facets including traditional and construction lending, asset management and real estate investing. Kyra began her real estate career at Morgan Stanley in the Commercial Real Estate lending group where she was responsible for underwriting over $4.0 billion of fixed and floating rate product and overseeing the exit of over $1.5Bn through securitization, CDOs and syndication. Mrs. Dorn is a graduate of Tufts University with a degree in economics.
